PLAN YOUR VISIT

We have tried to simplify all procedures for visiting international patients. For a patient to plan a visit to India for medical treatment purposes, please go through following hassle free proces.


Initial Requirements for the Treatment
Prior to arrival, we need the case history, details of treatment taken, latest medical reports and current clinical status of the patient. We try to responsd between 48 to 72 hrs and reports will be evaluated by one of our Senior Consultants and the cost and treatment plan will be forwarded accordingly.

Doctors Opinion
Medical coordinator consults the treating/ referral doctor and takes medical opinion on diagnosis, treatment recommended, stay required in hospital and for review, estimated cost of treatment all inclusives, post discharge care and visit for review in 6/ 12 months.

Documents you must carry
Records like X-Rays, MRI's, health histories, photographs, immunization records, prescriptions, and any other health records relevant to the surgery. Remember to carry all these medical reports and any medicines in your carry-on luggage. You must also carry Valid Passport, Visa, Local currency, Debit Card/ Credit Card, Travellers Cheque.

Visa Assistance
To travel to India, the patient/companions will have to apply for medical visa at the nearest Indian Embassy. If you need any visa assistance letter, please send us the passport details of the patient and companions. If you are travelling on a medical visa, you are required to register at the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) within 14 days of your arrival and we provide assitance for the same.

Complimentary Airport Pick up/ Drop
Patient/family will be received and dropped back at the airport by one of our representative.

Accomodation
There is a wide price range of hotels, guest houses available in vicinity of the hospital. We provide assistance in booking of a good & economically suitable accommodation depending on the patient's choice.

Registration at Hospital
You are required to produce your passport at the registration counter to get registered at our hospital. The hospital will maintain a copy of your passport and visa in your hospital record. This is mandatory and is based on the directives from the Government of India.

Post Operative and Follow up
Medical coordinator will provide you a detailed discharge summary and will assist you for any follow up. You will be escorted back to the airport for the return journey. Patients can be in touch with medical coordinator via email or phone for the follow ups.
